Technical specification
Generator specifications.
Diesel generating sets, 20 to 250 kVA, 50 Hz, three phase. The figures below are the ones we can hold whichever plant fills your order. Where our suppliers differ we publish the weaker figure, not the better one.
How to read this page
Frame data is typical for the size and is confirmed unit by unit in your quotation. We publish detailed data for the three frame sizes we have hard datasheets for. Sizes between them follow the same design and are confirmed against the plant before we quote you a number, never estimated on a page and then walked back.
Range we supply
20 to 250 kVA is the band we quote from stock designs. Sets from 50 to 125 kVA are the fastest to source and the best value per unit shipped. Above 250 kVA we can quote but lead time and freight change materially, so ask before you plan around it.
Frame data
Dimensions, weights and fuel figures are taken from manufacturer datasheets for the frame size shown.

Options confirmed per order
Frequency and voltage
60 Hz and 380 V, 415 V or 440 V variants are available. State the standard in your enquiry and it is confirmed in writing before the order is placed.
Control panel
Automatic control with an LCD display as standard. The panel model is named in your quotation.
ATS
Automatic transfer switch available on request. On some sets it is included and on others it is priced separately, so it is always stated as a line item on your quote rather than assumed.
Alternator upgrade
A premium alternator is available as a paid upgrade where local parts availability and resale value matter. It is quoted as a separate line, never substituted silently.
Canopy and finish
Sound attenuated steel canopy with emergency stop, control window, exhaust silencer and electrostatic powder coating. Unbranded finish as standard.
Fuel tank
Base frame tank sized as shown. Extended run tanks can be specified at order.
Sound level
We do not publish a single sound figure. Canopied sets in this range are typically specified at 75 or 80 dB(A) at 7 m depending on frame size, and the number that applies to your unit is written into your quotation and confirmed by the plant before the order is placed. Publishing one figure for the whole range would be a number we could not hold on every set, so we do not print one.
What we do not publish, and why
We do not publish certificate numbers, issuing bodies, plant names or plant locations. Full CE and ISO documentation is supplied with every shipment and the independent inspection report is issued directly to you, so you get the evidence with the goods rather than a number on a web page you cannot verify anyway.
Need a size that is not on this page?
Send the rating, the voltage and frequency standard where it is going, and whether you need prime or standby. We confirm the exact specification with the plant and come back with a written quotation.
